If you engage with us as a Service Partner, we collect and process your personal information for purposes related to onboarding, eligibility verification, service management, and administration of our contractual relationship with you.

1. Information Collected from Service Partners

In addition to information collected generally from users of our Services, if you are a Service Partner, we may collect:

• Identification and Contact Information: Your full name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, government-issued identification numbers (such as Aadhaar, PAN, driving license number), photographs, and emergency contact details.
• Verification Information: Background checks, right-to-work verification, professional licenses, certifications, driving record history, and criminal record history where permitted by law.
• Vehicle or Equipment Information: Details about vehicles or tools used for providing services including registration, licensing, insurance, and operational status.
• Financial Information: Bank account details, tax identification numbers (PAN, GSTIN), and other information needed for payments and earnings management.
• Location Information: Real-time and historical GPS location data while using the Service Partner application.
• Task, Performance, and Usage Data: Order details, delivery timings, routes taken, acceptance/completion metrics, ratings, earnings history, and platform usage data.

2. How We Use Service Partner Information

• Verifying identity, eligibility, and suitability of Service Partners.
• Onboarding and assigning orders, deliveries, or service tasks.
• Tracking order progress, service status, and location during service.
• Processing payments, incentives, and financial transactions.
• Communicating operational updates, platform policies, and support information.
• Monitoring service quality and performance.
• Preventing fraud and ensuring platform security.
• Analyzing operational data to improve logistics and platform efficiency.
• Complying with legal, regulatory, and tax obligations.
• Resolving disputes and enforcing agreements.
• Supporting integrated operations across affiliated company platforms.

3. Sharing of Service Partner Information

We may share Service Partner information as described in the section “How we share the information we collect”, and specifically:

• With customers or merchants to facilitate services (for example name, photograph, vehicle type and live location during delivery).
• Within affiliated companies for operational coordination, analytics, and platform integration.
• With third-party providers such as background verification services, payment processors, insurance providers, analytics services, and technical support partners.
• When required by law or legal processes including government requests.
• With government agencies for regulatory or social security requirements.
