Refund and Return Policy

At InMinutes, we strive to provide fast and reliable food and grocery delivery services. Due to the nature of food and other perishable items, orders placed through the InMinutes platform cannot be returned once the order has been confirmed.

By placing an order on the InMinutes platform, you acknowledge and agree that all orders are final and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once the order has been successfully placed and confirmed by the restaurant or merchant partner.

This policy applies to all payment methods including online payments (credit card, debit card, UPI, wallets, or other digital payment methods) and Cash on Delivery (COD).

InMinutes does not provide refunds or returns for orders that have already been prepared, processed, or dispatched by restaurant or delivery partners.

In exceptional situations such as duplicate online payments, technical payment failures, or orders that cannot be fulfilled due to system errors or restaurant unavailability, InMinutes may review the request and determine an appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, once the order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or returned after preparation or dispatch of the order.
