InMinutes provides a digital platform that connects customers with restaurants and delivery partners for food ordering and delivery.
InMinutes acts as an intermediary between customers, restaurant partners, and delivery partners.
InMinutes provides multiple payment options to make ordering convenient for customers. Payments for orders placed on the platform can be made using online payment methods or Cash on Delivery (COD).
Online payments are securely processed through Razorpay, a trusted third-party payment gateway. InMinutes does not store or have access to your complete payment card or banking details.
By choosing an online payment method, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway provider.
Customers can make online payments using debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or other payment methods supported by Razorpay.
All online transactions are processed through secure payment gateways and encrypted systems to protect customer payment information.
InMinutes shall not be responsible for payment failures or issues caused by the payment gateway provider, banking networks, or internet connectivity problems.
InMinutes may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for selected orders and locations.
When choosing COD, customers agree to pay the full order amount in cash to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
Failure to complete payment at the time of delivery may result in cancellation of the order and restrictions on future COD usage.
In cases where an online payment fails but the amount is deducted from the customer's account, the transaction will be automatically reversed according to the policies of the payment gateway or bank.
Refund timelines for failed transactions may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

Users may submit reviews, ratings, comments, or other content on the platform.
By submitting content you grant InMinutes the right to use, reproduce, and display the content in connection with the platform.
All intellectual property on the InMinutes platform including design, software, trademarks, and logos are owned by InMinutes or its licensors.
InMinutes shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform including delays in delivery, service interruptions, or errors from restaurant partners.
InMinutes reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
